Just had our first experience of gum in the hair. What makes a 3 year old and almost 2 year old think it is funny to put their precious gum in younger brother's hair while mommy is otherwise occupied??? For that matter, what makes a mommy think it is wise to give gum to a 3 year old and almost 2 year old. Go figure.
In case you are curious, it ended okay. Most of the Green Watermelon Bubblicious came out easily with Daddy's help, a small snip with scissors was needed for the rest. And Thad's hair does smell fruity-licious.

Fun times! Never a dull moment with kids around...
Oh man! I'm glad that you were able to get it out. I'm very suprised that I haven't had that happen here yet...I may be calling you someday "Remember that time...how did you get it out?"
Hahahaha! Never a dull moment! They (and you) totally crack me up! :)
Well... I can hardly wait to see what Thad's poor hair looks like NOW... I think it's time For Aunt Barbi to intervene.
FYI- you can get an assorted 4-pack of Bubbliscious at the dollar tree! I always have that gum on hand wherever I am!
Yes, I think it IS time for Aunt Barbi to come to the rescue. The gum didn't do too much noticeable damage, but his hair needs help anyway :)
Maybe gum is what my hair needs...or barbi HAHAHAH
This was our month for first gum in the hair too!
We had given Esther and Elijah both some special gum for the airplane going up and landing, to help their ears pop.
When I got back to my seat from the teeny airplane bathroom...
Daddy was trying to pull Bubbletape out of her hair.
Ouch.
