Dishman Hills

We had our first Family of Five Hike up in the Dishman Hills on Saturday... what a blast!  Logan was hilarious and kept us more than entertained with his cute comments (I wish I had brought a notebook to write them all down!).

Logan had more than enough energy and was still happy after 2.5 miles of hiking -  even with a case of ants-in-the-pants (literally) that had us stripping his pants off and smashing ants before they could bite.  The poor kid did get a few bites from the giant suckers that have given him a new dislike for the creatures (watch out ants - Logan is NOT AFRAID to smash you with his bare hands like a true man!).

It felt so good to get outside during our beautiful weather this weekend and enjoy God's creation in it's raw form.  I think we may have a new family weekend habit!

A Deer Sighting! Note the arrow in the above picture and Thad giving it a cute wave.

Logan checking out the deer too.

Your kids are adorable (you guys are not too bad either)! What kind of baby sling are you wearing? It looks so much more comfortable the the one I have.

Thank you everyone for your wonderful build-me-up comments :)

I will have to do a post about my baby wrap, since it has been a fun thing lately... but basically it is the Moby Wrap (just my knock-off version). You will have to check out their website, Sarah, for all the fun ways you can wear your baby!

Those pics are great! I was just going to ask if that was a Moby wrap but I see. You made that? Interested in making another? I'd totally buy one from you!
